The Client Relationship Manager is a key member of the support staff for the Financial Advisor. The candidate will provide high level service to meet the needs of clients, the advisor and other colleagues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handle incoming customer service requests and provide timely resolution
• Process new accounts and customer service forms
• Utilize CRM system daily and ensure client files are accurate
• Run client account reports
• Schedule and prepare materials for client review meetings, including retirement plan fiduciary reviews and participant education
• Track client annual IRA contributions and required minimum distributions
• Monitor insurance applications through underwriting process
• Prepare meeting agendas and client correspondence
• Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and consummate attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task without sacrificing accuracy
• Skillful oral and written communication capable of effectively relaying messages to teammates and management in a manner that inspires trust and confidence
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in computer skills (CRM software, Microsoft Office)
• NH Producer license (preferred) or capacity to study for NH Producer exam
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 license (preferred) or capacity to study for FINRA exams
• 2-year Degree or Military Service required
• Due to the nature of the business, including state and federal regulations, the person hired must be fingerprinted and pass a consumer report background check.
